1. Program Services:
The cost of food, litter, shelter supplies and routine medical needs are a huge part of our expenses. With 95% of the cats we take in being stray/homeless cats we are at risk of taking in a cat with more serious medical issues requiring extraordinary medical expenses. These strays, living outside, fight for food, shelter and survival daily. They are often malnourished. In the past year alone we have taken in 8 cats requiring such extraordinary medical care including: diabetes, C-section, amputation, eye surgery, exploratory surgery, to name a few. The medical expenses for these 8 cats are in excess of $3490. One sick stray could financially strap our funding to care for others in need. Financial support for Program Services would provide the much needed funding for food and medical needs of each cat we rescue and allow us to reserve some fundraising money for these medical emergencies. Right now all fundraising efforts are needed in order to continue our daily care.

2. Permanent Placement Program:
Being a no-kill shelter, some of our cats have been with us for over 2 yrs. By providing financial support for regular vet needs, we can place them in permanent placement homes. This will allow them to live out their lives in the comfort of a loving home while opening up space for Angelcat Haven to rescue more homeless cats.
