In the News

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that long time volunteer Gretchen Preston  passed away on July 3, 2018.  Gretchen was a very active member with our organization.  She always supported Angelcat Haven in anyway she could.  Her family mentioned her fondness for animals and included her Angelcat volunteerism in her obituary.  Becky Hancock, her sister-in-law, wrote to Angelcat to say “It was her wish for your organization to receive memorial donations.” Thank you Gretchen for all your love and care for ACH and our cats over the years.  We appreciate the memorial donations and send heartfelt condolences to Gretchen’s friends and family.

Angela: A sweet caring woman to humans and animals alike. Huge heart.

Leah: I worked side by side with Gretchen at many ACH events. She was sweet and kind and fun to be around. I admired the devoted and excellent care that she gave to her own animals as well as those at ACH. I will miss her.

Rosie: So very sorry to hear this, she was a huge asset to Angelcat and a good friend to all. Rest in Peace Gretchen.
